I got the gist pretty quickly, but I do have a PhD and have worked with brain injured folks quite a bit.

Maybe in Louisiana you would. In Mississippi they would not be charging you with a crime worthy of holding you over. They might run it through the system for a probation on assault, but they would not lock you up for killing your wife’s rapist in MS. It wouldn’t stick because of the insanity defense.

We love to knock on MS, but their courts are rational, their politicians are not corrupt looking for federal government approval or handouts, low taxes and their crime rates are generally low.

prostitution

Legalize it ? This dude couldn't afford a $10 hooker which is why he planned the rape then stole the purse of an innocent women. Even if prostitution was legal, these types of people aren't paying for it. Their mentality is ... "we take what we want because we're entitled to it" ... This idiot needs to do 30 years of hard labor with no parole. Sadly, we all know how the sentencing will turn out after a plea bargain he'll likely be sentenced to 5 years, then released after 2-3 years with probation.

not sure who to blame but it’s a fact…

You blame the motherfricker who beat, raped, and robbed a woman. If you want to continue blaming people, blame his parents for raising him to be a piece of shite.

That’s not true.

There is a great group of judges on the Coast. Really good across the board.

I keep a tarp and a shovel in the truck for just this situation.

I hope the guy gets shanked in prison.

Rape is about control and taking what you can’t have. Prostitution should be legal but it wouldn’t help this piece of trash
