The Texas list says Gael comes in between Michael and John.

The name Mohammad can be spelled multiple ways. Using an O or an U. So you would need a WHOLE lot of them to make this list (clearly Britain has it at this point).
Same thing with all the made up travel ball white names and the black names. Everyone having their own take on the name and spelling it different greatly decreases the chance of making this list.
