How is old Metairie not in that list? Seems suspect.

Because of how the zip codes are set-up. Depending on where in Old Metairie, it could stretch from Airline Hwy to the Lake, or you could be in the other one from the country club, past transcontinental & from Earhart to I10. Either way, a lot of run-down apartments and lower income houses caught up in the Old Metairie zip codes.

There is literally nothing there. It's a crossroads with a flashing traffic light. The post office is in a general store.

I am pretty sure I know of the person who lives in that general area that may have that area code....he would drive it up a hell of a lot.

But it aint the economy of Bentley

Goodwood, Bocage areas of Old Jefferson sure beat most places in BR to me. Surprised 70806 didn’t make it.

Income based, not necessarily wealth based.

But look at how much area 70005 covers. It goes all the way to the Lake, bringing in bucktown, those shitty apartments right off of vets, lower income areas around the interstate

All surrounded by high crime areas. Goes to show that the wealth distribution in LA is skewed heavily towards lower-middle class. There’s not a lot of wealthy people in Louisiana. That’s what I gathered from this

First off this is not in Lafourche.

Ever been down there? Lots of plant baws live there to be away from everyone and close to the hunting and fishing. The island itself is owned by one family and some of the land owners back there have nice incomes from oil and gas leases.

Where is all these millionaires in Ruston these baws like to brag about in that area?

If you are ever on lake Darbonne, cruise over by Bear Creek and check out CenturyTel dudes house. He’s one of them.
