You’re sliding further and further to the left, homie.

I carry for protection. Where you live matters not, because an active shooter situation can happen in OK City, Orlando, Dallas, BR, Brussels, Germany, Colorado, literally anywhere else. I love knowing that i have it in case i never need it, much more than the feeling i would have if i ever needed it and didn’t have it

I absolutely tell him if I have weapon right up front. Then I comply with what he says.

Got pulled over by JPSO for a red light violation. Told him, he asked me to get out of the car slowly with my hands in site. He then asked permission if he could remove my firearm. After he ran my plates he came back, said just a warning was needed (it was raining) and said he is putting my firearm in the backseat and asked if I would wait until he left before retrieving it.

If it's a female cop, that gives me a good way out of a ticket.

Well it takes like 45 mins for the cop to come to me after the initial stop. I didn't realize cops in LA sprint to your car door.

Well, you do what you want. My main concern when I'm pulled over is making sure the cop is as relaxed as possible during the whole ordeal.

As I hand them my ID and insurance I also hand them my CC Permit, and inform them of that.

If you are concealed carrying you must inform LEO

If you have a gun in your vehicle, you are not required to inform them, and depending on the location, if it was not going to visible while getting necessary paperwork, I would not say anything

So same as always.

I'm not saying I have a big penis, it's just really tan and I have nice calves.

I'm white. The cop will be relaxed.

I've spent a lot of time outside in bad neighborhoods, and I carried all of the time. Had a couple of close calls with drunks and crackheads, but I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Sort of like a spare tire for your car

FWIW, I've been pulled over plenty of times while carrying or having it within arm's reach. Never a problem

Just hand over ur CCL when giving him ur liscense.
I would refrain from using the word "gun" or "weapon".

Go watch the video I posted. He specifically states why not having your ID already out is a bad idea. Reaching to grab your wallet to get your id can give the false appearance of you grabbing for a weapon. Will only make the cop more jumpy.

it is my understanding that they already know by flag on your identification once they run your license plate. Granted you are driving your own vehicle

You don't need a permit to carry in your car.

Do people really "carry" to this extent?

Yes, I carry almost every minute of the day. I might have 1k-10k on me in cash at any time for work, while I don't care if someone jacks that cash I am not willing to be some murder stat. I'm going down shooting.

I have no flag on my ID or connected to my license plate because that's not a real thing. I do carry my permit on me though
