Oh how Miss Lefty Stephanie Riegel loves her SJW. She has her man's back in the comments of the story.

They always use faith based groups as cover to make them seem apolitical. When, in actuality, they use those organizations to push an agenda within the church to advance their politics as well as create foot soldiers. Go look at the TBR church member list. Most are black churches which are notorious for preaching less about God and more about politics. TBR knows the pastor of a black church is basically the king/queen of the community that can convince the congregation that what they're doing is right but also what God wants.

Why would a man who was Chicago Community Organizer want to be in the state of LA? Also, why would anyone from the city of BR or the state want a Chicago Community Organizer AKA "crooked union loving socialist."
Obama roots stem from that same organization. It's almost as funny as when we hired a school board president who's claim to fame was being a part of the Detroit public education committee. This state is a disaster and is doing exactly opposite of what it needs to pull itself out of the doldrums. It's almost like there is a certain group of leaders who are purposely getting rich off of tax payer money by enslaving those that are too stupid to want to do anything about it. I wonder who that group is?

She’s not wrong. TBR HAS had an effect on Baton Rouge. A negative one that has Exxon on the brink of taking all their expansion plans across the Sabine. That and a governor that only sees industry as a source to milk additional taxes out of.

The BR Biz Report definitely has a ton more left-leaners working for it. With JR and Riegel and the folks writing the copy for the Daily Report AM & PM updates. That's for certain.

Rolfe's Mom must've reigned him in after SWB took office. They are way more center-left these days. Regardless of Rolfe's Op-Ed every so often.

How many low and middle income salaries and jobs did they screw with ITEP move? Light a fire and leave, typical socialist. Wonder when people will realize that a lot of their collection plates at churches went to Chicago.

Already? Before its even it's own entity? It will be sometime before an ISD is established as well. I support St. George and hope it happens, I don't agree with the economic Rosey picture they paint. I can't see it succeeding without a property tax increase.
