5’6 - 180 lb - 32in waist. 44in chest, 18.5in arms.

I feel like a fat frick wearing 32-34 depending on brand. I can’t imagine half the country wearing above 40.

How many miles though? Got news for you, an 8 minute mile isn't impressive, unless you're pacing that for a half marathon.
