How opulent must we be as a nation to where the poorest people are able to balloon up to the size of a blimp thanks to too much cheap food that tastes good.

I wear a 40-32 and can still run sub 8 min miles in 90 degree temps. Come at me.

Before I got in better shape five or so years ago, I was a size 40, and I dont recommend it. Never want to feel that unhealthy again. It’s so worth it to put in the work to feel the way I do now.
