I think disabled adults fall into this category too although that's not Edwards' soap box he's standing on. He's asking for an extension in 2016 so he can set up more job training programs.

Wait, these requirements haven't even gone into effect yet? ...and they may not because of legal wrangling?
If it was so crucially important and such a good idea that the Republican legislature was proud of it then why did Jindal wait until he was almost out of office to push this through?
These requirements are a horrible idea and just puts more fuel onto the fire that Louisiana is the laughingstock of the nation (Mississippi be damned).

To be fair, Edwards isn't asking to totally reverse it. He's asking for a 1 year extension.
