But all of that is useless if you just sit around. That dude Spence crazy amount of time in the gym to look like that. The other stuff just makes it happen quicker
I mean he spends less than 15 hours a week in the gym most likely, certainly well under 25.
The hardest part was getting to hollywood, once that first role is achieved and money comes in it’s not hard at all to keep it and get more fit. This idea he is acting 40 hours a week, hits the gym 40 hours a week, spends 40 hours a week with his family, then 20 hours a week volunteering is absurd. He spends a significant amount of his week on his body but it’s his job.

Coupled with an amount of work and diet that few people are willing to commit to.
Meh. More like few people can commit to.
If you give me top notch trainers, dieticians, and chefs and basically made it a huge part of my multi-million dollar job to become as monstrously big and shredded as possible - yeah I’d commit to that on the spot

Even though he was probably 240 there.
He was around 220 at the start of his acting career in The Rundown and Walking Tall

no it wasnt. It was clearly from the movie The Game Plan.
This is AFTER he retired from the WWF/E lol.
Hell this is after Walking Tall, The Rundown, Doom, Scorpion King.
Who knows why he had slimmed up so much in that pic? But its not a great choice for a before pic

99% of humans dont have the dedication to get in the shape he is in, regardless of PEDs
Not being fat and gross is very easy for every single adult. EXTREMELEY EASY. Yet, most dont even do that

I can guarantee you he's in the gym more than 2 hours a day to get that big, and it's not just time in the gym.
You have to be on top of your nutrition, hydration, and sleep. Getting that big, roids or not, is a full time job. Dude is absolutely carrying food with him 24/7

Steroids are cheap apparently

People saying "its easy to do that when you are rich yada yada", meanwhile they are overweight and pudgy which is extremely easy to fix yet they dont do it

Because most of us don't have to time to workout like that because we have regular 9-5 jobs.

hell, most Americans don't have the dedication/knowledge to not be obese.

Testosterone replacement.
They are all basically sitting at the high side of normal for a mid 20s guy and supplementing with hgh.
Stan efferding talks about it a lot. He takes lower amounts of test now than he did as a pro body builder... But not that much lower.
