Trying to run over a cop with your vehicle should be every time.

Very true.

Not sure stealing from a Wal-Mart is always going to be a felony or inherently dangerous though, depends on the facts.
Regardless of the shoplifting piece of it, trying to murder a cop with your car would satisfy the felony part.

Why didn't he just shoot out the tires? Why are we worried about property, Walmart has insurance?
Yup, they shoukd make stealing legal. Didn’t California do this and it worked out great? We had 1k candy bars at the stores. Insurance will pay for all of it. Brilliant idea.

If Senatobia would just ignore shoplifting, like they do in so many lib cities, this would have never happened. On a side note, every time I see Senatobia, I can't help but think of Kamala "the Ugandan Warrior" also known as James Arthur Harris.
Old school wrasslers were the best at appropriating. Hahahahhah.

Depending on what they stole (assuming they did indeed shoplift) and how much it's worth, they might be as many states have that law where if someone dies while you are committing a felony, you'll be charged with their death.
Trying to run over a cop is a felony. The shoplifting is irrelevant at that point.
The parents should, and likely will, be charged with murder.

I am curious how many shots the officer fired, one dead and another with critical injuries.

If it saves just 1 thief's life it's worth it!

Jesus Christ you're retarded.
Shooting at pavement can cause ricochets which can rebound into the passenger compartment. A moving tire on what was probably a Chrysler is presenting maybe 4" of tread, and a much smaller target than a torso you see through a windshield. And, vehicles still have an ability to move even if you shoot out all four tires in a John Wick style action sequence. You are a special level of idiot.
