People are inconsiderate bastards. When you go somewhere, be aware of the environment you will be in. There are more people in the world than you so if you don't want to be around a bunch of people or you want to have certain comforts then stay your old wrinkle ball arse home.

Wouldn't even mind these if they didn't put them right up next to the barricades. You are already at the front, you don't need to also be 10 feet higher than everyone else. Thats the opposite of how it should work.

Look I'm in my forties, but JF is now Mecca for retiree's. They have to make the pilgrimage once before they die.

I'm a lawyer.
And I always estimate downwards, ie my weight. It's safe that way.

The fields are clear until 1030 when they let everyone run and get a spot. I'd like to see a same situation for parades

My wife and I usually bring a small blanket to lay out on and listen to music but its not to claim domain. It's for our comfort to lay on the ground.

No complaints about that. But when you're holding down 400 ft, it becomes an issue. Who does this cat think he is?

I just texted him this thread and he said if you want to come hang out on his tarp, you're welcome. And he said he's sorry to have upset you or anyone else.
