Was going to ask the same question. I didn't understand a single word they said.

I've never understood why every jail/prison doesn't have a drug dog or two on hand? Would shut it down pretty quickly. Plus the fact that the brothers don't like dogs. I guess they just don't want to stop it.

It's crazy how when inmates don't want to come out of a cell they have to assemble an extraction team to get the prisoner out.

In Russia, if you don't come out of your cell, they send in two Caucasian Ovcharkas to get you out.

If prisons started growing weed and selling it to the inmates, they could use that money to house them. If the prisoners could smoke weed while in prison they may never even want to leave. Win win situation.

like him or not its hard to deny sheriff joe arpio had the right philosophy by putting prisoners in pink jump suits and slippers and had them living outside in tents with no a/c or heat.

crime rates went way down as criminals avoiding doing crime in his county thats for damn sure

The guards probably only make about $10/hour, so it shouldn't be too shocking that this sort of thing happens.

The problem with that is with no fear of prison there's no fear when committing crimes. If they get caught then they go have fun.

The Mayor is not in charge of the state-run prison.

This kind of thing happens at prisons all across the United States. A few years back, Orleans Parish got busted by the feds for the exact same thing - it was more of a pool hall than a prison.

Prison is a second home to many of these people. There is no real deterrent for career criminals.

It's time to cut slack on victimless crimes and up the sentences for violent criminals
