Begin annexing mid city all the way to downtown; then raze the blight between that and LSU to the ground.
Reduce Tigerland to Rubble and free LSU from the scourge that threatens it.

This would never happened for one reason and its not race or politics, its municipal sewer. The new parish would have very little public sewer outside of some parts of Zachary, Central, and St. George and it wouldn't be worth the cost to build a new public system.
All they would need to do is look next door in TX to see how easily that’s fixed.

When will Baw Bros start construction on the St John the Baw loop?

Even talking about secession will get you labeled a racist, so who cares what you name the place.

All the plant baws would have to go to EBR for work though.
Bawcension has no industry or job market.

Why should I want to be out of EBR? City of Zachary is super incompetent and thinks everything can be upcharged 200% because it’s Zachary

sure it would.
Nah, in Louisiana we barely want to build roads, much less other public infrastructure. Building a new sewer system plant combined with the legacy cost of existing system inherited from EBR would require a new tax millage from day 1. Frankly the reason St. George can work is because they won't have to deal with sewer, fire, roads, etc, that will stay with the parish.
However if you become a new parish all of that stuff comes back into play because EBR sure as hell ain't sharing with the new parish.
