Why should I want to be out of EBR? City of Zachary is super incompetent and thinks everything can be upcharged 200% because it’s Zachary

Nah, in Louisiana we barely want to build roads, much less other public infrastructure. Building a new sewer system plant combined with the legacy cost of existing system inherited from EBR would require a new tax millage from day 1. Frankly the reason St. George can work is because they won't have to deal with sewer, fire, roads, etc, that will stay with the parish.

However if you become a new parish all of that stuff comes back into play because EBR sure as hell ain't sharing with the new parish.
