The first example listed in your quote wasn't tongue and cheek. But otherwise, anyone getting in trouble for posting a pic of Trump or Biden blowing a goat is silly.

Actively trying to suppress (not defraud) voters? Yeah.
This guy wasn't just posting up a meme. They have a group setting out to target individuals.
