Yep, currently Morgan Stanley. I noticed no change in how I use E-Trade when this happened. Just as easy as ever.

Start here if you have nerd math skills
I think the originals were written in the 1930's (I have really old copy in my stack) but it has been updated since.
If you saw this movie, you can start here for a broader overall view
Then move onto the reading part

Consistently get 7-8 hours a sleep a night. It’s amazing how much better you feel

Varies by human, most of my life I slept 2 to 4 hours a day. So far have outlived my peers who slept and jogged.

Treated my body better. Not even drugs/alcohol, but the injuries that were just annoying back then are so much harder to overcome now. If I skip a day of back stretches now, I can't stand up all the way.

Things you started doing later in life that you should have done earlier..
Appreciating the small, loving moments in time that I wrongly assumed would be there forever.
Should have taken more time to see the beautiful things things I was given.
Should have been more gentle, and maybe not so driven.
But it is what it was, and it's yet not too late to change.

Can you get your tortillas to blow up like a balloon? I struggle with this. My buddies wife does it like tiring a shoe, but she is Spanish.

After retiring I was/am amazed at the wonders of consistently getting a good night’s sleep.

There’s a lot to be said for the idea of , “early to bed, early to rise”.
