That’s a cool approach. Well done!

Did something similar during Covid. Was not driving as much during lock down times, not dining out, etc. Took what we budgeted for those things and bought Apple and other Mag 7 stocks. Man, that turned out well!

Enjoy your $10k!

Today, I turned 70. I started running less than a year ago. Never ran before. Not like this. Not for more than 100 yards. Today, I ran a 5k (3.1 miles) nonstop training run and kept going until I passed 4 miles, then finally slowed down. My heart beat never surpassed 144 and averaged 131. A year ago, my bpm would go up to 165-172.

I should have done this sooner, but would probably have bad knees by now. Fortunate that I can do this.

Half or whole onion
Bunch of cilantro
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Half or so? Jar of jalapeño peppers and some juice
Pepper/salt
Blend it

Tortillas... just google a recipe. Basically just flour, hot water, salt, oil or butter.

I quit smoking and started running. Im in my mid-40s and have a goal to run the Boston Marathon. I wish I had started on this earlier.

Early 80s my grandfather who hated drugs, in his late 50s had blood pressure issues. He didn't want to take the medication. Doctor told him he could take up jogging. He could barely make it around the block.

7 years and 35 pounds later at the age of 65 he ran the Boston Marathon.
