We all sound like every bad N’awlins accent you’ve heard on TV.

All we eat is gumbo, king cake, crawfish and jambalaya. Sometimes all at the same time.

We might smell like corn dogs, but our corn dogs are actually boudin dipped in beignet dough and deep fried and god that actually sounds fricking delicious

Snow, even if it doesn't stick on the ground is a state holiday.

La has the best fishing in the country.

Few actually eat corn dogs, it's not a louisiana thing.

No, in fact the people here are pure dicks, to be honest. Try doing business with a large sample of the Louisiana population and you'll see.

People in Louisiana are very ignorant, uneducated, and dicks.

I was born, raised, and still live here so I can say that.

Gonna be honest with you, I’ve found that the coonasses in south Louisiana are fricking assholes of the highest order.

I mean they’re truly dickheads.

Only 20% of the state has roads and uses automobiles. The rest of the state you must traverse by water - and everyone uses pirogues, john boats or hollowed out cypress logs pulled by a team of alligators to get around.

Nobody in Louisiana has a “John boat.” They are bateau’s.

My biggest issue is mostly with movies and TV shows but people believe that shite.

There are no Cajuns or Cajun accents in New Orleans.

The raucousness you see on Bourbon Street is nearly all caused by tourists and out of state college students. Natives stay away from Bourbon.

Mardi Gras (aside from Bourbon) is a city-wide, family friendly, weeks long event.

Good stuff guys. So far it sounds a lot like what it was like to live in Michigan - without the snow.

Add something about fishing and hunting and that's pretty much LA in a nutshell.
