This bothers me a bit too but I know for a fact it was a thing in the 90's. Semolina Roban, choose your protein - shrimp or chicken was on the menu. They changed it while I was there, 96-00. It was Shrimp Roban first with the option of changing to chicken.
Served on shells pasta but you the ladies always changed that to angel hair.

there was a guy in Lafayette that had a "cellular" telephone company ion the 80s, entrepreneur type, former independent gas staton owner, I didn't know what a cellular phone was back then but he made millions from that business, owned his own Jetstar, when I finally found out what cellular phones are I still wondered who they were talking to if they bought a phone
