I think that there are always signs. This applies for men and women equally. If a woman or man is possessive or violent then she or he will show that in small ways even at the beginning. I think that some people who keep ending up in bad relationships are attracted to these things that end up blowing up in their face later.

I enjoy that as well. When I do the whole tinder/bumble thing I normally meet girls at olive or twist for happy hour. A couple of drinks and an app is around 20 bucks and I get to see if I want to try.

Courtship is like the warranty period. You got to push her to the limits every now and then and see what happens, it the crazy comes out big time, send that shite back.

Those aren't typically the girls I would even consider to wine and dine, BUT to each his own. Although, a HH is a great way to get a peek before dropping a large bill.

I travel a lot for work so it's tough to meet otherwise.

This. Wait until she's well into her 30's, then you just *might* have a glimpse of how things will turn out.

If it helps, most guys are just as nuts.

I notice guys in these sorts of threads never admit that at times it's their behavior that brings out the "crazy." Maybe it isn't really crazy either. Maybe she just got tired of a 30 year old self-centered underachiever who plays video games all day.

Plus, there are a shitton of crazy dudes. Possessive, insecure pusses who constantly call or text their gfs or wives.

30s is right around the corner from menopause, if they're not crazy, they're about to be.

Could be worse. There could be no crazy at all or a crazy level below 4 on a scale from 1 to 10.

Hey I met this chick at a bar, she had sex with me The first night, she comes from a divorced family,i married her and now. I'm Shocked she's bat shite crazy!!

This!

I had some good fcking times with some cool chicks in college, but when I started thinking about long term stuff, I started picking up on their family situation and how mom and dad were, etc.

The first day I laid eyes on my future wife was at a small meeting with a professional group. She was the president of said group and had no problem telling everyone that her dad drove 40 miles that day to bring her a rose because it was Valentines Day and he wanted her to feel special. That kind of stuff is important. Not how cool her car and tattoos are.

I like a level 6-7 crazy myself with no drama. I can't handle drama.

It's not gambling if you're not afraid to be yourself with your favorite person.

Completely disagree. You can see the signs; you’re just on a drug-like new relationship high, so you brush it off as quirks.

I love when I hang around with stupid baws and I can see right away that they are self centered and stupid. They start bitching about their "old lady" and how bad she is. This is the dumb fckers who think they should still be able to hunt, fish, watch football, and close the bars down every weekend and go out a few nights during the week.
That crap doesn't fly if you want a relationship to work, especially after you have kids.

I dated a girl for 4yrs. We started dating while she was early in college and I was nearly done. It wasn't until the last 6 months that we lived together that made us realize it wasn't meant to be. I asked spoke with her parents about us living together. When we broke up, I moved her arse back to LA out of respect.
