What a pussy generation.

First off, I'd be more shocked to learn Vince *HADN'T* given favors to some younger women for sex. I assumed this would be normal for him.

Second, it was consensual.

So, at most, what are we talking about? Misappropriation of company funds? I realize it's a bigger deal now that WWE is a publicly traded company rather than wholely owned by the McMahon family.

Other than that...?

She's now interim CEO and head of the board.

And that’s kind of frowned upon.

It doesn’t have to be “woke mob cancelling” when it’s actually shitty behavior and the board of the company addressing it

By the left?
When Clinton lied about getting a blowjob, they screamed that this was simply a private matter between him and his wife. They claimed it was consensual and nobody's business.

From my understanding of things Vince cancelled himself and probably a couple of other higher ups like Laurinitis and Kevin Dunn (insider trading).

I’m not a big WWE guy but this surprised me. I thought it was Vince’s company and he could do whatever he wanted. Had no idea there were people somehow above McMahon.

It's publicly traded, but he's the majority shareholder. I doubt this goes anywhere. Maybe he just wants to retire and this is the story reason they're going with.

Wrestling fans aren't real woke. If you took a poll and said, we'll bring back the WWE Attitude Era and put it on HBO Max, you'd have like a 95%+ votes.

This ain't the target demo and McMahon is borderline uncancelable. Everybody already knew he was a borderline controling creep. At least it was consensual and they were paid. There is no story here.

I'd have said the same thing about NAESGCAR.

I thought about this whole cancel thing. A few weeks ago I heard someone say "lil wayne should be canceled", I will save yall the details, but this person says they stopped listening to all of his songs.. Because they now all of a sudden thing his is a homophob and does not value women.

Anyway, but as long as someone still has fans can they truly be canceled? Just because some people think a person should be canceled does that mean they will be canceled?

If I was famous and people tried to cancel me.. And I wasn't getting work because of whatever, I would still d something. Podcast, youtube videos, etc. As long as someone still have fans they can fight back. I know this is a dumb post, but this just made me think about me thinking about the whole cancel thing.

Been there. It's a bunch of neckbeards taking it all a bit too seriously. That's not representative of Main Street WWE. That's a bunch of Smark's sounding off because they can and upset they don't have creative input.

I have enjoyed WWE at a period of time in my life and liked it because of what it was.
Filler and chance to turn my brain off. Venture to say its the same for any adult that's a fan.

And Vince McMahon getting some side action won't affect that.

Why can’t these people understand that you can’t just burn someone at the stake just because you don’t like that person.

This is the point of the investigation

That’s just Reddit in general outside a handful of smaller subs. Oklahoma is arguably the most red state in the country but r/Oklahoma is still left leaning
