That portion of I-10 is famous for gangs shooting at each other on the intestate. Usually more of a summer thing though.

That gas station is so bizarre. Everywhere around it is safe but it’s just an island of sketch.

Last summer there was a middle aged white guy with a black Camaro that used to park on the back side of the building and just lean up against his car every morning. It was completely bizarre. I couldn’t tell if he was selling drugs or a UC cop.

Not sure if aesthetics has anything to do with the folks that frequent there, but you don’t see crackheads tweaking out at 7AM in the RaceTrac parking lot.

I was watching a crackhead woman doing her best to try to get hit by a car to collect some Gordon money yesterday at that location. It was like a game of frogger.
