How many Boomers age +65 do you think have children under 19?
The government is taking care of the old and expecting parents to take care of their children. I wish Boomers had planned for retirement earlier/better, and we could all just take care of ourselves. But, they are the beginning of a time when employers started cutting pensions. The next generations have longer to prepare for costs of older age knowing we will not have pensions, though.
