Went to Asheville two years ago and enjoyed it. Especially spending time at the Biltmore (gardens are fantastic in the spring).

Apparently you just weren’t doing it right.

Have you been? YES I HAVE

Constant pick pocketers, constantly people trying to sell you shite even when you’re sitting out at dinner the same people will come by 2-3x trying to sell you the same thing. This is greatly exaggerated and also what you hear in most large cities

The food is over rated in Rome specifically. It’s all plain bread and cheese which isn’t even good. Most people don't know what good food is and I guess you can be lumped into that group as well. There have been many books written and documentaries filmed in regard to Roman cuisine. The food is incredible with fresh ingredients from all the markets around the city. I've never heard anyone say the food is overrated. That's insane.

They care nothing for their history except for art. Art, art, art everywhere. Well art is part of history but to make a comment that Romans don't care for their history is just completely uninformed. It makes me think you haven't really been there. The whole city is filled with history.

I’ve been to almost 20 different countries in the world and I can say that I wouldn’t care to ever go back to Rome.
Your protest will certainly go unnoticed.

The first time I heard about Asheville in any detail was during its Hurricane Helene recovery. It’s not hyped that much.

London in the eighties was outstanding. Now it’s an utter dirty dump.

Rome?
How could Rome be meh?

If Asheville gets hyped it is because of Biltmore.
