Yet go out today and tell me that is what you see. The lakes are busy, outdoor dining packed, it looks back to normal to me.

I’m in Olympia Washington today- sitting outside eating lunch at an “oyster house”... it’s a beautiful day- sunshine and 68 degrees or so. Should be packed, but no ones here. About 50% of people are wearing masks even walking down the street or along the water. They still scared out here....

If this reminds me of the lie that they keep promoting that says people will only engage in commerce if they are not scared of the virus, however there was always a huge boom as soon as any area lifts restrictions. If the argument was correct, then this boom would never happen.

Pretty much all women support it.
Listen to the local talk radio programs in DFW like Chris Salcedo and Rick Roberts. You have moms calling in who claim to be 110% conservative to the bone but then go on rants about how mask orders need to be stricter and enforced more and how we need to arrest people who aren't social distancing and how irresponsible it is to open up any busineseses.
My favorite are these moms who claim to be 100% conservative but then go on to say how they will NEVER send their kid back to school until their is a proven vaccine because if they do send their kid back to school in person, in 2 weeks they will be picking out burial plots, coffins and a tombstone for their kid.

I don't know of a damn woman in my life who supports it. Not even my 75 year old mom.
Of course there are many old scared people who want it to stay in some kind of lockdown. Their vote shouldn't matter because they are on social security and don't have to run a business or go out and earn a living.
The always unemployed and their democrat leaders at the local level def. don't want things opened up all the way either.

A state rep ran a similar poll in Louisiana a couple months ago and something like 70% agreed with JBE’s restrictions. It’s amazing what fear can do.
