Let's bring back Panchos next. $4.99 a buffet and $2 margs. To hell with superior in Lafayette having to pay $20 for a small marg and with an app and entree and tip you're at $150 for less food
A Mexican buffet clip recently came across my newsfeed, and it was a Panchos. They still exist, somewhere.
Edit:
Found the video:

That's why places like Wendy's and all could have a salad bar back then

Yeah, unfortunately, you can re-create the restaurant but you can’t recreate the culture that allowed these places to operate

Fun fact: Pizza hut until sometime around 2010 was one of the largest purchasers of kale in the world.
Not to eat, to decorate their buffets with green garnish around the items people ate. It was a very cheap way to make it look fancy.
In my opinion, the only good kale is kale that you don't eat. Nasty plant.

Guarantee you are 300 pounds
Pizza provides little to no nutritional value.

Of all of the big chain pizza joints, Pizza Hut is the best. I wish there were still some Pizza Inn places still around.

Those old buildings may have spent 20 years identifying as a pediatric orthodontist office, but we all knew what they really were.

Love this!! Hope they can keep "the wrong elements" away or they will kill it

best of luck, but i'm not overly interested in adding drinks and tipping to my take out pizza receipts to sit down in a dirtyish restaurant and wait on food.
