The Power of Why

Recently I discovered my why. And it has totally changed my focus, energy, and priorities. I know they have a hundred books out there on your why but I just got it. Hope you can do this too and help yourself a bit. If you think this is stupid, downvote away lol
It’s like a super power. If you have a strong “why” and can keep it at the forefront of your mind long term, you can really push your self. I’ve become a better coach, business owner, husband, dad. My physical, emotional, spiritual, mental strength has never been stronger.
Here’s how you can find your why.
