The N word at a children's playground and $311k (and counting) (NSFW)

This happened in Rochester, MN. I believe the guy recording is Somali and not the father of the alleged thief.
She's says the black kid tried to steal something from her son, she got pissed about it called the kid the N word and of course there's always somebody recording. When the Somali recording dared her to say it again, she called him one with an added ululation for flair.
A GiveSendGo established for her has raised $311k so far with a goal of $1 million because she fears that she will have to relocate. Seems to me that there are many more worthy campaigns on the site but people give where they want to.
There are claims that the Somali guy was arrested in the past for sexually assaulting a child but I haven't seen definitive proof that it's the same guy.
