The one that gets me is Publishers Clearing House. I swear by God Ed McMahon shilled for that. Why would PCH have been so memorable otherwise?

I looked into that one and McMahon shilled for a PCH knock off company. So he was doing those commercials, it just wasn’t PCH.

I can't believe no one is talking about the Disney fairy. At the beginning of the shows the little fairy would fly over and dot the eye in Disney. Disney said it never happened

She kinda does it here. The "I" is already dotted, but she pokes her wand right near the "I." So, technically not dotting it, but close enough.

Seems the common theme with these is simply that the human mind fills in stuff and then pictures it that way and remembers a detail that is slightly different.

The I is already dotted but it seems kind of like she's dotting it.

The Fruit of the Loom logo is always tiny and has those brown leaves that looks like a cornucopia until you look really closely.

Then, like with everything these days, tons of people immediately start picking a side and proclaiming the facts they're sure they know without stopping to consider the actual objective evidence with an open mind.

Holy cow what a rabbit hole. I didn’t realize this was a thing.

I too remember tinkerbell in the classic blue screen white Disney logo…and thought she was dotting the “I”…which people have found something pretty close…..but also distinctly remember the “wand not working” intro where she had to tap it a few times. Nobody can find this clip.

However, Disney had so many shows, movies, specials, etc. my guess is that this was used for some special presentation or cartoon back in the 80’s that nobody has on YouTube.

The Cornucopia. Yes, I remember the Fruit of the Loom logo having a Cornucopia.

It had one

No clue what this is.

It was marketed as a means to stop transmission, until people who were vaccinated started getting wuhan flu.

At that point they began claiming it lowers the chances.

They think we’re idiots.

Most of us are. This world is fricked.

The OT is (once again) getting into the business of proving “Mandela effect” retards (trolls) wrong

It’s 2016 shite all over again, but on Louisiana’s watch

Nostalgia + recognizing that I’m young (at heart and penis) is awesome.

Please post the book pic, but in the grasps of a more feminine hand

People who claim stuff like this are just not smart and like to justify their lack of knowledge.

It is Berenstain. It's always been Berenstain.

I remember because Berenstain rhymes with pain

That's all the Mandela Effect is, an explanation for ignorance.

Ed McMahan never worked for publishers clearinghouse

I went my whole life believing this and coulda swore I saw him on their commercials. After I did some digging, I learned he worked for a PC knock-off company, which I guess explains the confusion.

The reason I know it was Bernstein is because my mother was a librarian and a stickler for pronunciation. If it was Berenstain, she would have read it to me as Berenstain. She read it as Bernstein and that's how I learned to pronounce it.

If it is a psyop, then they've been doing it for nearly 50 years. I remember saying Bernstein Bears around my mom sometime in the mid 80s and she said it was Berenstain. It's always been Berenstain.

If you plot ignorance, arrogance, and narcissism on a Venn diagram, the Mandela Effect would be in the center:

When you're wrong about something but are so convinced in your own infallibility that only an inter-dimensional shift can explain it.

The one that made me believe this is real: Melbourne was always the capital of Australia. Never even heard of Canberra until a year ago.

When would this have been changed? I have a 1982 copyright Childcraft Encyclopedia that I just checked that lists Canberra as the capitol city of Australia.

I do agree with Bernstein Bears.

I don’t know this was even up for debate. It didn’t always have it, but it’s real.
