I was regretting coming to the mall. Glad I did...no one here. Macy's was empty.

There are more assholes in the middle of mall than ever. I was about ready to go Robert Stack from Airplane!

Such a nice looking mall...the few people that are here -- some weirdos. Do people come to the mall to sit on furniture?

The vast majority of malls are real estate time bombs

Go get a sample cup at that tea store, sit in a massage chair, and relax your nerves.

The bottom is a glorified flea market. Damn near every store is a shoe store or sells shoes.

It is a really nice mall,structure-wise, but it is going to shite quickly.

Probably doesn’t matter after the fact.

Haven’t been there in 10 years. Didn’t seem so bad then. They finished that boulevard out front and it added a touch of class.

This is why you don’t see new malls being built. The latest concept is the setups such as Juban Crossing where parents don’t drop their kids off like they do at the babysitting mall area. Majority of things will continue to be purchased online anyway.

I went on a random Saturday like 2 months ago and it was super packed, was pretty surprised honestly.

Mall of LA? It's not that old. I was at LSU when it was being built.

I think you're right...maybe was thinking of Northpark in Ridgeland.

...because your run-of-the-mill baw retreats to his 1/4 acre compound in Denham Springs any time he comes across a 13 year old urban youth.

I'm thinking it opened like 1998-1999 or somewhere around there. It's still a nice mall but since Cortana has essentially closed the crowds have changed. Particularly at night on the weekends.
