This is the truth. A fake ID is not the responsibility of the vendor.

Tigerland is such a shite hole. It’s the most overrated part of the LSU student experience. I’ve been to multiple other college bar scenes and none are as bad as Tigerland.
All the money being spent near campus why can’t there be a string of 3 to 4 bars at Northgate? Much safer area than the section 8 shite hole that is tigerland. Granted it’s still BR so you’re never FAR from danger. It’s just not the same.

I hate to say it but our youngest is at Ole Miss and we feel it’s much safer than LSU and BR in general at this point.

I'll have to go review the law, but if she used a LA wallet as a fake ID I can't even see a misdemeanor charge sticking. The victim committed fraud intentionally and in a way that could not be disputed. It's not like a regular ID that could be examined for fakeness.
And if the bartenders knew she wasn't 21, then why the ruse of the fake ID?

How can the server be equally as liable? IDs aren’t checked again AT the bar are they? And what if. I’m buying two drinks and k e is for a 20 year old that the bartender never sees??
