The idea that you are God/universe

It goes you are God, everyone is God. We are here as individual modes of God to gather every possible experience due to God wanting it from the physical. When we die we return to God since we are God (been explained to me right now in human bodies we are rain drops, and when we return we become the ocean) and relay our experiences.
I believe i understand this idea correctly, if not maybe someone who does can correct me and the worldview above.
If this is correct though, to me, seems not well thought out. If the point of life is to gain experience, then theres no morality. No right or wrong. Murder, rape, giving to the poor, saving a life is just an experience that has to be experienced since God wants every possible experience. Every action taken, be it good or ill, could be justified or argued as 'im just gaining experience'
Bothers me a bit, but i also am aware of my lack of education since i didnt go to college or pursue higher knowledge. So im open to be corrected.
What are your thoughts about all this? At work so i can respond here and there throughout the day if this post is deemed worthy of discussion.
Hope everyone has a good day.

This isn’t fact. If it bothers you, then don’t believe.

My thoughts are that not a single human knows the actual truth. There are many that pretend to, but no one can be 100% sure. This being the case, why worry about it? Live a good life and be a good person. We will all find out when we die.

Sounds like you’re spending a little too much time on Reddit where their sole purpose is to push liberal postmodernism and convince society that there’s no objective right or wrong, men can be women, and life is completely meaningless. Disgusting, pointless way to go through life and it’s incorrect. We’re created in God’s image and we’re happiest when we live life morally, period, as much as society wants you to think otherwise

Nope

Friend,
Such a belief is pantheism. However, that is not what Christians believe. We believe that we are not God. We believe God creates us and our essence is something other than the divine. We are not eternal, for we have a beginning and an end. God has no beginning and no end, but God shares ever lasting life with us in the Resurrection through Christ’s sacrificial death. In the human design, though we are not of the same essence as God’s essence, we need God and we are incomplete without God. As the great African Father of the Church Saint Augustine says, “Our hearts are restless until we find our rest in God.”
Yours,
TulaneLSU

Is a lie told by the father of lies to keep people from enjoying the grace of the one true God and damning them to eternal death with him and his followers.
Jesus is the Truth, the light and the way.

that is not what some Christians believe.
Depends on how narrow your definition of “Christian” is.

pretty poor premise for an argument.

If I am God we are in deeper trouble than I realized. There is but one God. As Redeemed, I am a temple of the living God but that does not make me God.

Reminds me quote from Carl Sagan "“The cosmos is within us. We are made of star-stuff. We are a way for the universe to know itself.”

College doesn't teach you anything about this. You're already far and above the normal person for just thinking and wondering. You'd be surprised how many people who go to college don't think.

This is what the Nachash said to Eve.
Think about it.
It is what the Gnostics believe.
It is the root of the new age movement.
Satan the deceiver would like for nothing more than you and others to believe this. His job would be done.
