They're rescuing people from a house next to Jones Creek on Jones Creek Rd. It's never been this high and it hasn't crested yet. People pulling boats all over town.

He got his daughter, her baby, and wife out and they are at neighbor who is on a little bit higher ground, and have a 2nd story. When he called, he was about to leave and meet them. Water wasn't in yet, and I told him crest expected in about 2 more feet. Maybe it won't quite make it. But in my heart, I know it won't matter.

I grew up in willowwood acres. Our house was on the back street and flooded 9 times through the years. My mom said a house that has never flooded got water this time.So sad.

Is that last pic from the creek that runs to the lake by the churches?
That is always backed up with trash/debris and no one seemed to care.

Was he in a cage?

Or was he tied in?

Sorry to hear about your parents but glad they are ok! Are you good at your place?

Thank you. They are at my grandma's house which is also in Central. My grandmother lives in a mobile home, which makes me nervous. It is the park across from Rambling Oaks if anyone knows anything. Mom swears it isn't flooding or anything, but it makes me nervous because there is literally nowhere to go if it does flood there. At least my parents had upstairs at their home.

I'm at Jones' place and we have no flooding. My brother left my place, but MikelBR lives next door and told me he just checked and it seems to be okay. He said from looking at the fence, the water is down about a foot from earlier. Hoping it stays that way. My condo is 5 or 6 feet up. We have my cat safe upstairs in a closed room. Lucy is with me.

You guys are okay? I know y'all live on the same street (but separated) as Jones.

So he brought his family there as a safe place and now they all need rescuing??

Yes. They were hoping his house would be safe, it never flooded in the last big flood. And he was out trying to rescue other friends this morning. It's bad when you realize it's too late, and you can't go anywhere.

I'm sick because I'm helpless. And I feel like I was barely able to get out, and left them. But even this morning, water wasn't even close to his house. He said all of a sudden, it came out of nowhere and rising quick.
