My aunt and uncle are off Greenwell Springs rd in Magnolia Bend subdivision. They are upstairs and the water is creeping up the staircase. Called for rescue but were told it'll be a while. Anybody in that area with a boat?

My across the street neighbor lives on the Vermillion River. He says it has been rising 2" an hour all morning and will top the levee if/when the river rises another 18".
