The Colonial I know is off Goodwood, which probably has no chance of being what he's talking about.

Dumb question, but is this because of the flash flooding or the river?

I just bought a house in the subdivision on the north side of 16 just west of grays Creek elementary school. I am wondering if you all think I'll be ok or I should get out?

I had plans to drive to br from Alexandria today to see my sister in hospital at OLOL. Does anyone know if I would run into issues? I know it's suppose to rain all day, but is it still heavy rain? Tia

Just made it out of Burnside Gonzales.
Not all places are flooded. LA 44 was god but our neighborhood is in trouble.
We had water nearly up to the headlights of the truck...honestly thought we were going to stall out.

Prayers for those stranded in this mess.

Yep my parents are on the highest ground on Sarah Lane and it ended up flooding. One of their cats got scared and hid, so yeah.

49 to 10 to Essen lane. There will be high water once you get close to hospital on Essen.

I live right across magnolia bridge in Denham. I'm being told a levy broke at Thunderbird Beach and the houses in my neighborhood are flooded to chest high.

Unless she's in life threatening situation, I'd suggest staying off the roads.

I think you can make it but traffic is going to be horrible due to I-10 being closed in spots.

I would probably reschedule. Personally, I wouldn't want to get in the way of emergency personnel or get stuck.
