Ok. Thanks for letting me know. Maybe someone else can report on the conditions there.

hese are from yesterday. This is ponderosa at old Hammond. Hopefully it has begun to recede. If anyone finds out when this area will be accessible by car please post it here. Thinking it will be Wednesday or Thursday before we can get here.

Burbank/Bluebonnet intersection (east side) is increasing slowly in water. Across Wendys almost whole road was in water 30 minutes ago for about 20 meter stretch. Will not be surprised if it will be blocked soon

If you are talking about the vet clinic just before O'Reilly auto parts then it is dry there. It did have water yesterday for sure in that area but I don't know enough to say that it flooded the building.
They reported on facebook that they didn't take on any water.

Does anyone know if the New River Pumps (marvin braud pump station) have Officially stopped working? i heard lots of rumors. Bayou Francois is in the back of my subdivision. im 10-12 above sea level. Need to make some decisions soon.
Im watching the gauges and New river is skyrocketing up, bayou Francois was going down, and looks to be leveling back out.

Burbank/Siegen/Highland intersection slowly increasing in flooding. North side Burbank completely blocked and traffic going through south side Burbank for some distance. North side Burbank is under more water now. Water slowly increasing in that area throughout, but nothing alarming.

Is there a way out for those in Keystone of Galvez or are the surrounding roads all flooded?
I think they are surrounded. Had a buddy pick up a family in his boat from there a couple of hours ago.

Anyone have any info or advice for someone trying to get to EBR from New Orleans? Lives around Millerville and Old Hammond.
Asking for a friend. Best I can see on Waze is 10 West to La. 30. Drive through St. Gabriel to Bluebonnet. Bluebonnet North to Old Hammond and then back east towards Millerville.
Does anyone have any recent info on the conditions of these roads? Waze reporting that they are open.

So the E. Holly/Firethorn houses got that much water too?
The water was at probably 4' to 4 1/2' but it is down to about 30" now.
The water is receding in the Ponderosa/Sherwood Forest Oaks area?

310 to Hwy 90, 308 or LA1 North through Thibodeaux, to LA1 in Donaldsonville, then Plaquemine, Port Allen Cross Bridge from the West. (Or can use 3127, and get to Donaldsonville). Its not a bad ride, prolly only an extra 30 minutes.

Hi Neighbor.
Been watching this canal in the back yard...so far in the past 16 hours, nothing has changed. A lot of news being reported around this area, but after driving the area several times (along with others on here), I haven't seen any change since yesterday.
Closing on a house out there next week. Thanks for the update.

Just left from past the middle school. Had a buddy boat in from 42. Their was a guy with a trailer that would pick the boat up at 42 and re launch passed the dry areas down Joe Sevario and come back and pick the boat up and bring us back to 42.
