I drove by there on Burbank around 1 and the water was across all lanes on Bluebonnet, cars were able to pass though.

I live here in Fairhills. It can't be true unless I am living in a virtual world or there is some unknown catastrophic information we are not aware of.

interesting. I thought bayou fountain was receding.

That is what I thought. But water is increasing slowly in Burbank/Bluebonnet area. Apart from Albertson's, storm drains in Springlake have risen since last night by an inch too. Fairhill lakes are also swollen more.

Westhaven flooding is rising. Not fast but little by little. Probably connected to why bluebonnet by Albertsons is taking on more water in the roads

Bayou Fountain looking from Highland Rd near Sammy's. Not a new situation, Bayou Fountain broke it's banks a lot time ago. I believe this is what's responsible for a lot of water on Burbank near Lakeside Daquiris. The silver lining is that it is flowing downstream pretty rapidly.

That is not good. When I checked in the morning they were already quite badly hit. But given backwater flooding coming from storm drains of Bluebonnet it might happen if that water soon starts contributing to their problems.

Springlake update: I know of just one storm drain causing a small leakage on the road. It is on corner of Springtree/Hillrose. Very very minor water. That storm drain was always higher than others since last 2 days. All other drains I observed were at least 4-5 inches below their openings.

Really wish the media would switch their concentration to areas that have water rising. Not areas where it is receding.
