I don't remember. Sums it up.
At msy now. Line doesn't look bad. Maybe 100 people.
5 mile easy run at 10:55 pace run walk.
I've been doing the Galloway run walk for 4 weeks and it's made running fun. Just started running last year 52 years old. Broke my leg severely in 2022 and wish I had started run walk sooner.
Slowly lowering my walk intervals and increasing the run times.

6.5 miles. 11:30 min/mile.
What's your run walk ratio. Been trying this for a few weeks and have been enjoying it.
No grains no sugars helped me the most. Plenty protein all the veggies and fruits I can eat. Blood sugar and cholesterol in good range now.
10k steps a day . Recently started running. That helped with blood pressure and resting heart rate.

Yes. Get the best coach you can. If that's Wade great. There's got to be some other good coaches if WW can't return.

4 miles 10:45 run walk pace.
4m @10:12 pace using run walk method.
Think this will be my strategy to get stronger. Much faster and feel better than my 5 m run last week.

Figured I'd start posting here to keep me going.
4 mile easy run. 10:25 pace.
Got a half marathon in May. Not getting my weekly miles in good enough.

re: Has anybody done the Camino de Santiago?

I've done the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Santiago. About 170 miles. It was a very fun walk.
Most peoplewalk and the Camino depicted in The Away the Camino Frances. But there are a dozen or more.

It's time. It's bad.

Have you used the Lome Peak, Timp or Olympus to compare to.
How's the grip. My only ding on Altra is they aren't as grippy on rocky ground than some others are.
