re: On a similar vein to the La. Black Bear, anyone ever seen wild horses in Louisiana?

I've seen them in Kisatchie. Although one was a gelding. So feral and recently. Maybe he just escaped and joined the herd.
Other than that they looked very wild and most likely most had not been touched by humans before.

Is that Avon's crew.

Ends in Santiago de Componstela Spain. There are a dozen or more walks all ending in the same place, like the hub on a wagon wheel.
I walked the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Santiago. 170 or so miles. Great time.
Pack super light and just walk everyday. Good cheap food and beer. Meet some cool people from all over the world.
7 miles 12:30 pace.
2 miles 10minute pace.
59:51 10k. Was perfect temp.
Hearing your name in the stadium was cool.

Tiger 10k this morning. 59:51.
First 10k ever. Wanted to break 1 hour. Could have pushed harder earlier but had a good time. 2nd 5k was faster than the first.

2 hours ago they were 20000 miles away and earth looked small.

Good day.

I don't remember. Sums it up.
At msy now. Line doesn't look bad. Maybe 100 people.
5 mile easy run at 10:55 pace run walk.
I've been doing the Galloway run walk for 4 weeks and it's made running fun. Just started running last year 52 years old. Broke my leg severely in 2022 and wish I had started run walk sooner.
Slowly lowering my walk intervals and increasing the run times.

What's your run walk ratio. Been trying this for a few weeks and have been enjoying it.
