The flow just doesn't seem to make sense. Water level for bayou fountain has dropped inches at university villas and summerwood is reporting the same thing, however, it seems like burbank/bluebonnet and highland/burbank/seigen is rising. I also noticed around 7pm when I was driving around that bluebonnet place apartments was starting to collect water as people were moving their cars out to burbank

Just drove by highland and burbank/seigen, looked worse to me now than it did at 11am. DOTD truck was sitting out there, might be closing the road soon?
Is there a way out for those in Keystone of Galvez or are the surrounding roads all flooded?

This is Bayou Fountain at University Villas. The water was up to the top orange tape mark on the tree stake last night and went down overnight. I just took this picture and will check again in an hour or so to see if it has risen any.
