Anyone know if Hwy 90 from Lafayette to Houma is open???

Looks like both of the new subdivisions on Burbank made it through the night unscathed.
Have to keep an eye on it when manchac still rising at alligator bayou, but it's looking like we are going to stay dry.

I passed over the Manchac at Airline about an hour ago and the water was flowing towards Perkins Rd
hope it stops soon.

It's airline north of highland
I think that is Ward's Creek crossing Airline there. Bayou Manchac crosses Airline in Prairieville.

The neighborhoods on bluebonnet between Burbank and Nicholson are apparently dry if those are the "new" subdivisions you referred to

some houses in santa maria are taking on water.

Right. When we said airline and Highland has water, you said it was dry.
That cam is the intersection of Highland and airline.
So there might be dry areas around there where you were. Airline itself is not dry where it meets Highland, it's actually deeper than it was yesterday. I don't care who is right and who is wrong. I just don't want someone to think they can go driving down airline without any trouble.

Just forget it. There is water on airline around Highland coming from bayou manchac. That is all.

Bayou Manchac on Airline Hwy is right past the fair grounds. The parish line if you will.

Passed up 5 AT&T trucks in Metairie I-10 WB with a state police escort, one pulling a trailer with an antenna on it. Hopefully the folks with AT&T will get some improved service soon.
