Airline/Highland has had water on it for ~12 hours. You sure you weren't somewhere else?

I was going north on airline and had to go down and around the airline closure on antioch.

It may not be flooded at all but has anybody been down Burbank? My brother text me last night and said the water was on the rise behind his house and I haven't heard from him since.

His house is in one of those new subdivisions on Burbank I think.

I've got to wonder if that bridge on I-10 is structurally sound.. even after the water recedes we may not be able to pass on it.

It 100% will not be opened until it is inspected.
