Bayou Fountain behind Summerwood subdivision hasn't changed levels in the last 4+ hours, just went out and checked. As of sunset you could see the water flowing downstream.

Thank you. This has been the worst year of my life. The hits haven't stopped. It's literLly been one devastating thing after the next every month.

I think the south side of burbank with harveston and springlake will be fine. The north side of burbank needs to worry

The flooding going on is happening precisely where the engineers drew those blue shades areas - between highland and Burbank.

It hasn't made it your way yet I suppose. You'll see it next though if it continues. Thanks for the report

Really great news that will help more people than other think.
This. I still haven't talked to my dad(just my sister).....but just being able to tell him about this tomorrow whenever I can reach him by phone will take some of his worries away. For their situation....30k is a lot and they would be grateful for every single penny.
For people on very limited budgets...an extra $400-$500 a year can be a lot to spend on flood insurance, so if they don't like in a flood zone...they forgo it. Yes it wasn't the best decision they made...but my goodness people are acting like these people beat up babies or something and deserve to suffer for it.

Do you have to any idea about the Burnside/Gonzales area West of Airline/I-10.
All I could find was a suggestion that backwater was going to work its way up the Panama/Conway waterways.
Nothing too specific but that HwY 22 was going to get it.

They had the barricades there earlier today towards the middle of that stretch for the water yesterday
Not sure about now. It was good earlier
