Well, that was egregious, but I have seen them rush to the front of the plane instead of politely waiting their turn. That happens a lot as you go south to Central and South America, too.

These are cultures without the talent for civilization writ large. Their cultures are based around smaller collectives. Go to almost any continent; start in the north and go south; the societal discipline will erode as you progress.

I have that fatigue, but this particular incident would not have bothered me. I would assume she was getting claustrophobic or had a plane to catch. The needless murdering and beating they do is infinitely more noteworthy.
