She? Her? The unspecific use of pronouns makes it impossible to determine who spit on whom.

Did the customer spit on her own kid? Or a member of the staff? Or did some unmentioned member of the staff, a woman presumably, spit on the customer or her kid? You can't tell.

I thought some of the N.O. fastfoods were bad
but I was thinking in terms of always getting the order
wrong or old food. And then a Sonic opened on Airline
near the Saints. Do they have any hiring standards at all?

Friend called Wendy's HQ to report the incident. The managers response was "you gotta be kidding me".
He cailed back three days later to say he had to leave his vacation a day early to handle this.
Said he watched the video and was stunned. 2 others had also called in to report it
Result was 2 fired and the rest reprimanded.
