Why is a 12 year old out of school @10 Am on a Monday?

My point is that dumbfrick was using the “Why was he not in school?” argument. If there was no school, how could he have been there instead?
Well the article I read said the shooting happened on the 10th...
I'm not from the area. Sorry.
And FWIW, I'm the dad of a 5th grader, so the family grief hits close to home If my boy was found out of school on a school day, it wouldn't be pretty...

Well I don't think they KNEW he murdered the 12 year old until they arrested him for this. I believe they suspected and he confessed.
tLSU called it and appears to have good information.
Regardless, he should have been in jail for the myriad of other crimes he committed and was never charged for.

Jesus New Orleans is a shithole. The article kind of makes sound like the 12 year old was involved in the stealing of a car.

So when do these shithead DAs get held responsible? According to the other thread this dude should've already been charged with several felonies and was instead let out after the DA's office refused the charges. This guy was out on the streets thanks to Jason Williams, and in the meantime almost killed a lady and now we find out murdered a child. Heads need to roll.

Just take a look at all of the restaurants run by hipster douche leftists not from here that campaigned HARD for Jason Williams and this retard Sheriff.
It really pisses me off.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the worker said he found the kid crawling out of the Jeep Cherokee that was stolen from the Ponchartrain hotel? Or did the shooter just dump the car? It's crazy if they're getting 12 year old kids involved in this stuff.

The correct punishment: Public hanging in Congo Square.

No one has quite explained the 12 year old.
If the 12 year old were involved, it would match trends in places like Chicago where this is happening, partially because any kid getting caught doing this goes to Juvie and gets out by 18.

It is unknown if the 12 year old was involved in the theft of the Cherokee. Police did not suspect he was involved when he died last month.
The rumor is that the 12 year olds older brother is/was beefing with the carjackers mom and/or boyfriend and had tried to shoot them or some such hoodrat shite. The murder of the 12 year old little brother was retaliation.
Again, that's just the rumor.

Imagine if Jason had accepted the armed robbery in November instead of setting him free to do this.

Did they just not file charges?
Williams failed to timely file charges for like 150 violent offenders this past year.
Also, it doesn't help that Criminal District Court keeps suspending jury trials due to "muh Covid." Currently, jury trials are suspended through March 7. So even if the DA did prosecute these crimes, the backlog created by the jury trial suspension creates real Sixth Amendment issues regarding the right to a speedy trial.
This whole Covid jury trial suspension shite is nonsense.

The criminal judges in Orleans are just as bad as Williams if not worse.
ESPECIALLY the ones in Juvenile. Trust me when I say they bend over backwards to let these punks off of serious crimes without any time spent behind bars, and they are there again and again and again.

A rise of 600%.
A rise of 10% is an anomaly. A rise of 100% you could blame on covid.
600%? By design. Its what he said he would do, its what voters voted for, and we are getting it.
