Even if they do convict them, where are they going to put these kids? The corrections system in this country is beyond overloaded.

I looked up the 18 year old from the costco carjacking/12 year old murder. OPP has him listed as Sr. which means he has a kid unless that is a clerical error. 18 and in jail for carjacking and murder but already a father.

Ask his father. My father made sure I was in school. So obviously this is an anomaly because we all know a 12 year old learns the rules from his Dad, who also enforces said rules, to ensure his son has a successful life.
