I thought JetBlue was awesome the one time I used them.

After reading this list, I can only conclude that Atlanta is superior to Dallas-Ft Worth

Started flying Delta more recently and it really is a step above United as far as service quality and timeliness IMO. Only flown American a few times but have heard it’s for sure dead last among the big 3

I'm generally loyal to Delta. Always fly with them unless there's a huge gap in price between them and Southwest. Very rarely have issues with them.

Surprised to see JetBlue so low though.

I concur.

Last flight was on United. Took off and came back after ~45 in the air because of an "issue with the air conditioning". Got it fixed and did the check ride on to had the pilot time out and flight cancelled.

Got a new flight on American only to have it delayed for ~4hrs.

Delta is far and away the best in my experience

However this is mostly because ATL lends itself to less delays than IAH and DFW since those 2 airports are plagued by ground holds due to thunderstorms.

American is straight trash.

Charlotte is the worst hub of any airline in the country.

They are terrible. I was in first class on a flight not long ago...asked the stewardess for another glass of wine and she shot me a nasty look like she was doing me some sort of favor.

Figures. 90% of the time I'm flying American or United (DEN is a United hub). I used to fly Delta everywhere when I lived in the south. I may try to get more flights with them now.

I never understood people who complain about ATL airport. It is absolutely a breeze to fly through and the worst part a out flying out of Atlanta is the city traffic getting in/out of there.

Best airline in the country and best airline alliance (SkyTeam) especially if you're a big global traveler.

While Spirit has the trailer trash ghetto walmart of the skies reputation (based on their customer base), their fleet is very young, they have good pilots and crew, and if you know what your doing beforehand and know how to travel light, you can save a lot of money using them.

I've used them three times when other airline itineraries didn't mesh with mine and had zero problems.

Can confirm. Moved to Charlotte from BR; fly fairly regularly. Would rather fly Delta out of BTR with an Atlanta connection than have direct flights and have to deal with American in CLT. It's awful.

I always though Frontier was worse than Spirit. Have never flown either.

It may be trashy, but I much prefer Southwest over the others. I just prefer their straightforward pricing on everything.

Frontier is based in Denver so I used to fly them quite a bit. They were excellent. The only issue was how small they were. But they started going downhill fast a few years ago. I rarely use them anymore.
