I remember going to walmart about a year or so ago for the first time in many years. It was absurd the number of folks who were morbidly obese.

Haven't been here long, have you?
We all make $400k plus. All of our trucks are 20 year old pieces of junk and paid for. None of us finance anything. We all have a real estate portfolio, beautiful wives, dozens of sidechicks and big ole peckers.
Translation: everybody on this board is full of shite.

I had the same experience. Just by being in decent shape in the U.S makes you more attractive than 75% of the population. Ironically enough something like 75% of young men couldn't join a branch of the military if they wanted to due to obesity and mental health issues (a large part of which stems from obesity / health issues)
My wife & I work out everyday in our home gym and the kids see it and think it's a normal part of everyday life. I make sure to drop subliminal messaging to my kids about the importance of drinking mostly water and eating healthy, real food high in protein. We're doing our part.
