What kind of data is different than how they got the data. Tesla needs to figure that out. Any 3rd party that has the data needs to be held accountable too.

Sounds like a RICO case with arson, willful destruction, and assault with a deadly weapon for all involved.
Tack on some terrorism to the sentencing matrix.
If any of those Tesla owners are a protected class give them 5 yrs. extra for each and every one as hate crime enhancements.
