Before cell phones were common I took a girl out in college in my old truck I had. It was dark and truck blew tire on I-20. Didn't think much of it and got out to change tire only to realize I didn't have a spare b/c I'm a piece of shite and had spare on another tire that blew a month or so back. So we drive slowly on side of road to next exit and of course heater core blows and she gets water on her shoes. Pull into gas station to call a friend to come get us b/c truck fricked up.
Date goes inside while I'm on pay phone and comes out saying just leave me here, I got someone to come get me
Of course her sorority sister or something comes while I'm putting on another spare buddy brings. She gets in car, leaves, never to be seen again. Pretty sure it was her worst date also.

Went out with this girl when I was 20. We went to the mall, saw a movie, typical stuff. Anyway, we get back to her friends place and we're alone, we start making out and she stops me to tell me that she's actually 16, not 18 like she had told me originally. I immediately got up and took off, feeling sick to my stomach.

In high school - a friend had set us up and we had talked on the phone a few times. We went to a football game together. Things were going well. I know because he held my hand most of the night. We go to his friend's house to hang out. Now I had not had a drop of alcohol, but I did have a questionable turkey sandwich from the fridge earlier in the day. Suddenly, I just started throwing up non-stop at his friend's house. I felt like death. It was terrible. Needless to say, the hand holding and phone conversations came to an abrupt end.

Took a girl to lunch and she talked about her ex BF the entire time.
I told her she shouldn't be dating as she is obviously not over her ex BF.
I was expecting her to be pissed. Instead she said I was right and got really apologetic and insisted on paying for lunch.

I met this chick one night, we became friends & texted each other for about a month. She would send me pictures of herself. I noticed what appeared to be an adams apple, but she is a chick so I didn't think much of it. Then one day we planned on having a first date. We met at a small bar & restaurant. She was looking good.. And I felt like a stud, all the dudes kept staring at us.. Laughing, making jokes. Right there I knew they were jealous. We got back to her place later that night after having more than enough drinks & she whips out a dick. I thought it was one of those rubber toys so I grabbed it just to play around with it and it was the real damn thing. We still keep in touch & all, but its just strictly friends.. But he/she really pulled a good joke on me that night.

Working at Computer Store back in 96. I was a bum pretty much. I met a very beautiful girl that came in with her father to fix her computer... Don't know why but I asked her out and she said yes. Called her up and set the date/time.
So I drive to some very rich area in Baton Rouge and pick her up in my VERY shitty toyota corolla. We went out to see a movie and quite frankly she didn't want to have anything to do with me. We didn't chat at all most of the night.
I think it was because of two things....a. I was a huge dork and b. I did not have money(at the time).
What she didn't know was that just the next year that I'd create a tech start up in New Orleans that I'd sell for a good chunk of change.
Her Loss but I guess my gain because I'm now married to the woman I should be married to.

The pictures she sent were evidently several years old & taken at her best. She lived in a house with about 11 other people, etc & he spent months having feelings for her & during that time he passed up hooking up with another chick.. It was kind of fricked up because he told his brother assuming he wouldn't tell anyone.

Blind date to an LSU football game. She was allergic to peanuts and the dust gave her an asthma attack. I got shitfaced and had to be walked back home by a pledge.

This is all the same first date/same night:
1. The dude wore some kind of polyester blend sweat pants/jogging suit pants and when he asked me he should change I said yes. (I guess this set the tone for the evening.)
2. He was living at The Venue on State Street. He met me downstairs and told me to park my car at inside the complex. I had never been there before. He let me in the garage area and instructed me where to park.
3. We went to dinner at Serrano's. When I told him I didn't like extra salt on the tortilla chips, he proceeded to pour the entire salt shaker on them.
4. Went to hear The Molly Ringwalds at The Varsity and he spent the entire time talking to other women.
5. Went back to his apartment complex and my car was gone. After a few phone calls, figured out it had been towed.
6. So drunk guy (my date) drives me to Campus Federal where he withdraws tow $ to pay to get my car out and then drives me to Riverside Towing where he slams the money on the counter and gets in his car and leaves me with the parking lot attendant. The entire time we're going to get my car he was talking to himself. He didn't even wait to see if my car had made it there.
7. The next day he is calling me saying what a great time he had and wanted a second date.
I really think the guy was schizophrenic or psychotic.

I met a girl online. We chatted all day and seemed to get along pretty well. We decided to meet up and have dinner at Ruffinos. She ended up being super hot and really friendly. We had dinner and drinks, but she kept hammering them. She asked me if I wanted to follow her home and "listen to some music". I said yes, of course. She lived in those apartments across the interstate from the outlet mall in Geismar. We get out on the interstate and she is pulled over by a state trooper. I ended the night picking her up in parish prison out in Donaldsonville and then listening to her cry about losing her nursing license over a DWI. I did get a bit of boob though, so it could have been worse..

At a guy friend's house when this other guy shows up & invites us to an LSU baseball game that night. We both agree to go, then my friend bails. I was too naive to see a set up. He comes back later to get me, but now suggests the casino in Baton Rouge. And there is a rose on the front seat as I get in. Lol wut?
This is still when you had to take the river boat into open waters to gamble. So now I'm stuck on a boat with this guy. He proceeds to tell me that his last date was with a girl who's been Miss Louisiana. I'm thinking, he probably tricked her into a date too.
He says, I've got $200, if we end the night up, Ruth's Chris. Down, Taco Bell. He gets up to $600 when we have to to back so RC it is. I make an offhand comment about how cool the table crumber is, reminds me of this Flanner Connor story.
Few days later, he's in the group when we all go see Star Wars IV. He gives me the complete stories of FO, says he tried to find a table crumber at the mall but no dice.
Days later, he shows up at the restaurant I work at. Totally uncomfortable for me. Next night, co workers tell me he's circling the employee cars slowly, but he never comes in, thank God.
I go visit an old boyfriend in Florida, turns serious. I get back and decide to call this guy and tell him I'm seeing someone, to leave me alone. His mom answers.
Run into him several months later at LSU football game, turns out he's friends with some of my boyfriend's fraternity brothers.
Married the boyfriend a year later.
