I agree. Insurance market should be less regulated.

I'm well aware of my company's contribution to my health insurance policy. It's included every year when we choose our benefits. But I answered how much I pay, which was the question.

Medishare?
Can you elaborate on how long you have had it and how well it has worked?

Me and my son $400.00 a month, Company pays 2/3 and I pay 1/3.
Plan doesn't pay shite until you hit $2,500 out of pocket so we rarely use it.
Helps with Rx though

I'm retired and for the wife and I, it was $650 a month, then I reached 65 and went on Medicare.
I now pay $175 a month for the wife with my former insurer and $143 a month for me with Medicare, so I'm saving a good bit of money in the long run.

Christian Healthcare Ministries. Haven't had to use it but never had to use the traditional insurance I had before HHS took it away, so there's no point of comparison.

I posted $446 per month but I'm well aware of the full cost. My employer actually includes it on my pay stub. The full cost of ours is $1380 per month.
I'm pretty sure they're required to post it on the stub as fringe benefits or something like that.

4. $350. lowest tier possible because we're super healthy.
we bit it this year when my wife had foot surgery and had 10k out of pocket from $120k total bill.
but i've saved $700 a month for 5 years by not going cadillac. 700*12*5= 52k+

$619/MO for whole family, regardless of # of dependents.
Employer covers $978/MO.
I get $2,000/year put into an HRA and HRA usage counts against $3,000 deductible.
For a category of providers, insurance covers 100% after HRA is exhausted.
Edit: Also, insurance premiums are tax sheltered, so taxable wages are lower.

2 of us and I think it’s around $180 per month for health, dental, and vision. My company also gives us about $1000 per year in our HSA.
Employer covers a large percentage, but I don’t recall what it is.

Peoples ignorance about healthcare cost is amazing to me. If your employer is paying $1000 toward your family insurance policy and your share is $200, YOUR cost is $1200. It's part of your compensation. If their portion were not so high, they could be paying you more salary!

I know, but the OP was $1k+ a month, so I figured he was paying for all of it. It's pretty useless to make a comparison of all these numbers when they're affected by employer subsidization. The total cost of your plan per month is much more relevant, and you're paying for it one way or another.

My wife and I work for the same employer and they don’t offer coverage for a spouse if their company offers group insurance so we’re separate.
We each pay a month:
Medical: $67
Dental: $19
Vision: $6.98
$30 copay, $500 deductible.
